- The project cannot be an active project and must not be implemented for more than two years.
- If the sales activities are involved in the Mainland, FTA or investment treaty markets, the enterprise needs to obtain the sales license securities/qualified securities/approvals for the relevant local products.
- For brand creation projects, enterprises need to start the local brand trademark registration application and complete the search of the brand mark to be registered.
