Scope of Trademarks That Can Be Registered<\/h5>
Following amendments under the WTO-related provisions, a trademark may be any sign that is visually perceptible and can be represented graphically. In particular, it may be composed of a combination of text, personal names\/names, letters, numbers, graphical elements, and colours, including any combination of the foregoing elements.<\/h5>

Increasing the Chances of Registration Success<\/h5>
