It can&#8217;t be used directly!<\/strong><ul><li>If a name has been changed in the past by a government request (e.g., someone else complains of infringement),<br>No re-registration is allowed unless a new application is granted and approved.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><p> <strong>Chinese name requirements for Hong Kong companies<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>Mandatory use of Chinese Traditional<br>\u2705 Traditional Chinese characters are required: According to the Companies Ordinance and the Companies Registry&#8217;s guidelines, the Chinese name of a local company registered must be in Chinese Traditional, and simplified Chinese characters are not accepted.<br>\u2192 For example, if you want to use Longteng Trading Co., Ltd.
