  1. Non-critical appearance:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    – If the design of an article is not distinctive or innovative, it cannot be registered.<\/p>

    1. Designs that are contrary to public order or morality:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      – Any design that is contrary to public morals or order will not be accepted.<\/p>

      1. Designs protected by other laws:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        – Include computer programs or protected layout designs.<\/p>

        1. Item-specific design:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          – Sculptural works (except in the case of casts or models used for industrial reproduction).<\/p>

          – Wall trims, medals and medals.<\/p>

          – Printed matter that is primarily of a literary or artistic nature, such as:<\/p>

          – Book covers<\/p>

          -Calendar<\/p>

          -certificate<\/p>

          -Ticket<\/p>

          – Clothing patterns<\/p>

          1. Method or principle of construction:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            – Any basic methods and principles involving technology or processes are not applicable to registration.<\/p>

            1. Function-Driven Shapes:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              – If the shape of the item depends solely on its function, it will not be registered.<\/p>

              1. Depends on the appearance of other items:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                – If the appearance of the designed article depends on the appearance of another article, it does not meet the registration requirements.<\/p>

                1. Contains national symbols:<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                  – Any design containing a national flag, national emblem, regional flag or regional emblem cannot be registered.<\/p>

                  These provisions are intended to ensure the uniqueness and legitimacy of the design and to avoid infringement of public interest or morality.<\/p>
